Disability accommodations

Applying for disability accommodations through the Student Accessibility Services is an interactive process with each individual student to determine reasonable accommodations, collaboratively. Students, faculty, staff, and SAS are dedicated to creating an inclusive learning environment. Available Services & Accommodations are: Alternate, distraction reduced test environment Extended Test Time Note-taking technology and services Electronic textbooks Text-to-speech software Sign language interpreting services Assistive Technology Referrals to on-campus and off-campus resources Reduced course load Scribe There are hundreds of qualifying disabilities such as, Anxiety Depression, ADHD, Learning Disabilities, and Medical/Physical Conditions. Concerns are: needing classroom accommodations, problems with ADA accommodations, want to receive an assessment to determine if you have a disability, struggling academically and don't know why.
