Immunization Requirements
Immunizations- The College at Brockport, New York State and SUNY, require mandatory or required immunizations for all students to attend in person classes as well as attending campus events. These requirements include: MMR, Meningitis and COVID.

The Student Health Center is part of the Hazen Center for Integrated Care, which provides a holistic approach to student health and wellness, and supports students' mind, body, and spirit throughout their Brockport experience.
Health Center Hours:
Fall & Spring Semesters: 8 am – 4:45 pm
Summer & Winter Sessions: 8 am – 4 pm

You may utilize our after-hours nurse triage line by calling (585)-395-2414 for medical advice ONLY. Follow the prompts to connect to FONEMED. Registered nurses are available to talk with students to help determine a plan of care.
Confidentiality
With the exception of emergency situations in which a student is unable to assume responsibility, all medical information is confidential. The Student Health Center will not share information concerning the health of a student without the student's explicit and informed written authorization. Notification of parents, College faculty, and administrators is considered the student's responsibility.
