Blackboard and Brightspace Tech Support

Blackboard and Brightspace Support for Students and Faculty is managed by Brockport's Help Desk and/or SUNY Online Help Desk.

The SUNY Online Help Desk is available to assist students and faculty at all campuses with technical support, including how to access their courses using online tools/technology.

Monday – Friday 7:00 am – 12:00 am Midnight EST
Saturday 10:00 am – 8:00 pm EST
Sunday 10:00 am – 9:00 pm

The College has a 24-Hour IT Service Desk to access by calling (585) 395-5151, Opt. 1 .

The IT Service Desk is the primary technology support for students, faculty and staff of SUNY Brockport and can be reached the following ways:
1) by phone, (585) 395-5151 Option 1
2) by a remote session directly to your computer
3) by an in-person visit to the walk-up support desk in Drake Memorial Library
4) through our self-service portal found at: https://brockport.edu/support/lits/helpdesk/
