The President’s Council on Diversity and Inclusion (PCDI) provides College leadership and the community with guidance, advocacy, education, and assessment needed to achieve the goals outlined within the College’s Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Strategic Plan. To this end, the PCDI recommends appropriate policies, practices and initiatives to support and enhance college EDI efforts, assisting in creating a welcoming campus culture and climate that embraces the rich diversity of all students, faculty, staff, and community members.
